What we collect and why

When you contact us we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, company, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps towards a contract at your request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carry out are kept for as long as the law requires (normally six years).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing. It is held by our email and IT providers on our behalf.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not track you. Its fonts are stored on our own server.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
